Cancellations

When you book your appointment that space in our calendar is reserved for you and you only.

Should you need to cancel or amend your appointments we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen and we will do our best to work with you however late minute cancellations, appointment changes and no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee each time.

 

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Cancellation outside of the 48 hours of your appointment- No Charge
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment
          New clients 100% of deposit
          Existing Clients 40% of scheduled services
  • NO SHOWS- 100% of deposit or 100% of scheduled appointment

 Note: After any no-show, all future bookings must be paid in advance.

 

Late policy

Please be mindful that if you are late to an appointment that could mean that we are unable to complete the services you were booked in for. Please call as early as possible if you think you might be late to your appointment as we will do our best to fit you in without comprising our day or other clients time. After 15 minutes this would be treated as a no-show and will be charged accordingly.

Please understand that these appointments are reserved for you and you only.

 

Colour services

To ensure your satisfaction all colour services must be accompanied by a cut & style or a blow dry.

Please be aware that our prices are ‘from’ and our services are tailored to each individual client.
